I wish I could give this CVS a 0 star rating. My roommate and I visit this location, pretty regularly, to drop off UPS packages. 90% of the time, we have to walk around the store and find an employee (who’s normally stocking items) to help us, which we’ve never minded, because they’re consistently short staffed, which we’ve always been totally understanding about. We get it. However, tonight, when we walked in, we saw a woman, who made eye contact with us, walk behind the counter. When we made I contact, I said, “Hi! How are you?” She didn’t respond, which I thought was weird, but then I realized she was on a call, with a Bluetooth piece in her ear. Okay, fine…no big deal. THEN, she stood directly next to us, didn’t acknowledge us at all, didn’t say “someone will be right with you.” Nothing. Just continued her call with another employee (presumably), complaining about the General Manager there, for about 5 minutes. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, and had on more casual clothes, so I assume she was a District Manager, making it even worse that she flat out ignored us. Anyway, eventually, another Manager came out, apologized for the wait, and took care of us. As soon as he came out, the woman walked away, continuing her conversation on the phone. How unprofessional! I understand that she may have been in the middle of an important call, but how difficult would it have been for her to simply ACKNOWLEDGE us (while standing LITERALLY two feet away), or tell the Manager that customers were waiting to be taken care of? I mean, seriously?! Having worked in customer service most of my life, I’m a very reasonable, patient person, but this woman was flat out rude and disrespectful. If she was a DM, I’m not surprised that she can’t keep employees and doesn’t know how to run her store, because she sure as hell didn’t know the first thing about customer service. This place is going...
Read moreDo yourself a favor and don't be reasonably patient here. I was told my Rx would be ready in 20-30 minutes. Annoying, but it happens. Sat myself in one of the chairs directly next to the register, checked the time. The line had cleared for a while and nobody had yet to tell me my Rx was ready. After 25 minutes I got in line because now another line was forming. At the 30 minute mark I got my script. My script that said it was filled 10 minutes after I initially sat down. They let me sit there for an entire damn half hour while I was staring directly at them. Even sat through a child's shrill screaming and squealing while being dramatic over a flu shot during the time when I should have had my script and not had to deal with that.
My suggestion is to just get back in line every 5 minutes or yell over to whoever is at the register for an update because they will leave you there otherwise. I don't mind waiting which is why I meaninlessly waited 30 damn minutes, but don't waste my time and leave me sitting in pain for longer...
Read moreWent today to CVS Waynesboro today to get my COVID-19 booster shot of Moderna. It was fairly easy to schedule my appointment over the phone however I scheduled my appointment for 11:30 and I am a stickler for being either on time or early for most things, appointments, work etcetera. So I showed up for my appointment a couple of minutes before, checked in with my phone and handed my vaccination card over to the lady at the pharmacy. I then had to wait a half and hour just to get my shot. Not happy if that was the case they should have just scheduled my appointment for 12:00. The pharmacist was however very apologetic and I want to make sure to mention, not her fault she was busy doing her actual job, being the pharmacist. CVS get some help if your going to continue to vaccinate people we have enough of the general public not getting their vaccinations as it is and if your going to make it a pain in the backside for people to get their shot it is only going to complicate...
