I came in there bought a couple vapes and bought my son a little thing that sprays sour stuff into your mouth. Well that didn’t work so I went in there to exchange it for another one, and he had a nerve to be ignorant and disrespectful to my son saying no takebacks, but we literally just bought it and it didn’t work. That one was a dud. I tried to explain that to him I just spent six dollars on this & it didn’t work and he was very disrespectful. I also asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager when I know for a fact he wasn’t because I know the owner personally. And I’ll be reaching out to him about his workers because they are disrespectful, they need to learn how to be respectful to little kids my son is 8 and very respectful! I have been a faithful customer here for quite some time for vape supplies and juices. I bought a new mod and tank kit there on Thursday which was only 4 days ago. It wasn't no cheap set up either. I paid $85 for it. Not to mention the numerous other mods, tanks, supplies & juices. Today I changed the batteries in it and it wouldn't turn back on. I tried 4 different sets of batteries and nothing. I figured since the salesman spoke so highly of this set up and the fact that they get a great deal of my money that they would stand behind there products they sell. Yea, I was sadly mistaken.
