Recently a friend of mine was at the fresh express food drop and their was an unpleasant incident involving an older man that was entirely rude and disrespectful of the way thing's ran there and he demanded to get in line in front of everyone that had been waiting there much longer than he was and he demanded special treatment because he claimed to be a veteran when there were already plenty of other veterans already there in line. and he also dropped his pants and relieved himself in front of some car's. which is really disrespectful and disgusting. and he was told by multiple people to wait his turn in line but he refused to listen to anyone. and no one actually did anything to try and correct the situation. other than all that the human services do a great job for the community but thing's like what i just mentioned ruin the whole experience...

I have been there several times for help and also to donate. Both times a women by the name of "Barb" has been very rude. The last time I went down to look at clothing(didn't know I was supposed to sign up) , she all but followed me around like I was going to steal something. Even asking me if I was from the area. That is totally awful to be treated like this at a place where you go for help! It is degrading enough for people to have to reach out for help let alone someone treating people like that. The services that are available to the indengent or people in need of temporary aid are wonderful. Everyone is there not to judge but to pick you up in a time of need. They have a small clothing bank along with a food bank. You need to sign up for these services. Other services available depending on your needs or your family's.
