Main Street Park — Attraction in Waynesboro

Had a wonderful time as you can see with my beautiful wife at the "Farmer's Market" that was set up in the newly opened park this year. I have got to make mention of this, there were a couple of food trucks setting around, BBQ and a couple of others, but the only one that stands out for me is a truck with the name "Dawn & Dusk" they sold DONUTS! HANDS DOWN ☟ THE ABSOLUTE BEST EVER, TASTING DONUTS I have ever tasted, bar none!! The only reason I'm making mention of this is because I couldn't fathom the fact that these things could be as good as people say! We stood in line for 20 minutes, chose the Donuts we wanted and stepped aside because now the waiting game begins! I didn't make mention before, I was in a lot of pain that day and was walking 🚶 using my cane for assistance for balance because my legs sometimes give out, anyway I said that to say this, after standing in line for 20 minutes, making a decision as to what we wanted and then paid for our order, they took our name and we basically got into another line and waited for another 15 - 20 minutes until they called our name. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you, they are kind of pricey, however when they call your name and you go to the window for your Donuts, nice and hot and soooo fresh and take them to a table where you can stand there and bless your donut and have at it, let me tell ya, on the first bite to the last bite those Donuts just melt in your mouth 👄 you are guaranteed to forget about the price, the wait time, where you parked your car 🚙 who you came with and what day it is! Just kidding, all kidding aside "Dawn & Dusk" is well worth a mention ... 🤔 ...

Definitely the spotlight of downtown Waynesboro. It seems like many many people enjoy the event that are held or severs as the staging area for local events. The downtown food stroll tonight was great. Everyone seemed tobe enjoying themselves and the food dishes we was sampling. 👍👍 to the ones that...

The festivals and saturday markets are worth going for. The best part is the donut and coffee food truck in the back...
