Not sure how this particular location has managed to stay in business with these kind of customer service skills and business practices. I'm referring to the other reviews that I have read from this location. My most recent experience I hate to say was no different. My wife and I ordered our pizza from the app which was not that difficult and this is not a review of Pizza Huts app or even their pizza for that matter anyway it is a review of the Waynesboro Pizza Hut location in particular. When my wife ordered the pizza she ordered something called the Big Diner Box with three pizzas. The app told her that it would be about 35-45 minutes, it would be a contactless delivery and she could track it on the phone. She then gave my son the phone so he could track our delivery. At the 40 minute mark our pizza had still not been delivered and when I asked my son where it was he stated that the app said it was still in the oven. My wife called and all she got from the employee that answered the phone was that the delivery guy was still not back from his other deliveries yet. Finally at the 1 hour mark my son told me that the in the oven had switched to on the way so the delivery guy arrived with our pizza in about 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordered. Speaking of the delivery guy I'm not sure he knew the meaning of contactless delivery because he continued to knock and ring the doorbell even after I told him to just lay the pizza down and I would get it. Once I took the pizza upstairs and opened it up this Pizza Hut experience did not get any better because my pizza was wrong. It was supposed to be two cheese pizzas and one with half green peppers and onions and half with onions and mushrooms and it was missing the half of onions and mushrooms. My wife then called to complain and when she did the particular employee who answered the phone preceded to argue with her and tell her that he did not see what was wrong with the order and also acted like he didn't really care anyway, what happened to the customer is always right. My wife then asked for a manager and when the manager came to the phone he did not see what was wrong with the order either however reluctantly said that they would fix it by sending another correct pizza out. The other correct pizza came and thus ended our Waynesboro Pizza Hut experience and for that matter any future experiences as well. You lost a customer in this...
Read moreWould have gave them a zero if i could. Or even a negative score. I guess this store does not know customer service at all. I came to the store to pick up a pizza that was about to be ordered on the 4th of July. Probly 10 mins before they close. Brian the night manager said they weren’t gonna take anymore orders in because they were closing. So i called the person that was going to order online and as her order went through while talking on the phone i handed Brian the phone to talk to the person ordering. I guess Brian had an argument with the person on the phone. And he threw my phone at me. Is that how pizza hut members treat customers?
I even called to speak to them asking for the corporate number and would not even give it out. Also Brian lying to his crew member that i apparently gonna go over the counter to go after him.
I wish pizza hut corporate would look at there cameras on 4th of July at 8:40 pm onwards and see how there manager handles customers.
Hopefully pizza hut would actually get new crew members and managers...
Read moreHorrible! Arrived at 17:21 to pick up my order that was to be ready at 17:26. Only to find out they had to remake my one pizza, so no real problem right? Wrong at 17:31 I over hear the cashier asking the cooks did you remake that pizza yet? What is wrong with people these days? Attention to details! A pure lack of it! No true adults working here. I know it sucks to work in retail restaurants but do your best at whatever you do!
Decided to give them a 2nd chance. What a mistake. So ordered 4 pizzas, garlic knotts, and cheesey bread. Arrive at 17:45. I knew i was 10 minutes early, no worries. Sit down and wait.
Pizzas start coming out of the oven 4th is incorrect. The cutter notices and tells the maker he #! $@ed up and throws the pizza at the maker. The make throws it back and says it's right.
It was wrong, so 20 minutes later the correct pizza comes out. No sorry, no discount. ...
