Edit: I gave them a second try after my initial review and it is warm when I arrived and more full than the last time. It was tasty, but still nothing out of this world. I will say, the customer service is awesome and staff are very kind and welcoming.

Original review: I really wanted to love this new spot, but I can’t say I’ll return. I ordered a bowl online to go and arrived 5 minutes before the time I ordered it for and it was already cold, which made me question how long it’d been sitting already. Nice to see an “adult” Chipotle in downtown Wayzata. The space is warm and inviting, though not necessarily an intuitive or efficient layout. Head to the back of the space and do the Chipotle routine with your choice of protein or veg option in a burrito, taco, rice bowl, or salad. The food is superb with each ingredient adding a fresh and flavorful delight to the meal, all at a price point similar to, ah, Chipotle. The shining star has to be the margaritas.
