Since they put in a prep station in the back for to-go orders (so I'm told) I've gotten multiple pick up orders on time, and I've updated my review to five stars. Thanks C&G team!
Love their food, everything I get is fantastic. The issue I have run into, time and again is the unreliability of their pickup.
I am writing this review as I wait (again) for a pickup order I put in an hour ago that is current 15 minutes late from time given. Typically it’s a situation where when I get there...it’d have just been faster to get in line and order. It makes no sense.
I went through my pickup history through their App, and only one of the seven orders I’ve had the last few months have actually been ready at the promised time. Typically I have small kids in the car and once I was very reliant on it being ready at 10:30am (ordered the night before) and it was ready until 10:50...and I had to go in and bug them about it.

First off, my family really enjoys the food, so no fault to the menu itself. This comes down to the option to have the orders TOSSED for mobile orders. There hasn't been a dedicated checkbox option on the app itself, so that is obviously corporate level (why such an insurmountable task, though??!!), but I have been advised by one of the kitchen managers to just type "TOSS SALAD" on the Recipient Name field in lieu of someone's name - this has always failed at both locations...so this comes down to attention-to-detail and local training. Please make improvements on this...for all of us on the go that would rather not have to bother with this task in an already small bowl. Also order time was 3:20pm I didn’t get my food until 3:35 made me late for work guy at the front no apology for my food not being ready and having to come in what was the damn point of curbside. Black guy in back laughing when the white guy in front tell him about my order and how I waited. Manager was sitting down in lobby I called next day manager had the brain of his staff as his response was fake and dry and tried to rush me off the phone after I asked him was he the general manager or regional I will never come to this location anymore and I will be telling all my college friends and co workers about this disgusting experience.
