The parking situation is absolutely ridiculous, one assigned parking spot per apartment and management has turned the open resident spaces into yet another monthly charge. Good luck even being able to use your own parking spot (especially when events are going on at the park) as no one gets towed and trying to contact the towing company to have someone removed from your spot is like pulling teeth. Oftentimes multiple residents must resort to parking in front of the dumpsters.

The laundry facilities are a disaster for no laundry hookups in the apartments, the machines are regularly out of order, depending on the machine you use they hardly dry your clothes, and the laundry theft is a complete joke-but don't worry, if your clothes are stolen management will send out a mass email stating "stop stealing clothes or else" as if that will accomplish anything. We have resorted to taking our clothes elsewhere to be washed.

Speaking of mass emails, management handles every single infraction, no matter how big or small, by sending out automated voice calls and emails which gets old, fast. I've had to block their calls due to the spam.

This was an okay apartment complex in the beginning for the price, but after 3 years not a single improvement has been made and rent has gone up several hundred dollars.

I signed my lease last October and it has taken me 2 months to get my place clean. Obviously the past tenant was a smoker so it reikked of cigarettes and there was dust cakes on the vent in the bathroom. I brought this to the managers attention and she said the place was clean. I couldn't get fully moved in until I got it somewhat cleaned to live in. I'm disabled and can't move around that much and I will say that I'm disappointed with my place still overall. The neighbors upstairs are terribly loud. I've had to pay for an extra parking spot just so my family's car wouldn't get towed away, not only that, I'm paying extra for the space and others are parking in it. I'm not one for telling on other people but this is about the worst I've ever had to live in a place. I'm so unhappy but I'm stuck with the lease which I will upload. After it's up, I'm transferring out and getting something else. Me and the management seemed to bump heads by text and email alot because she comes across as rood and demanding. I have lived here for 1 going on 2 years now. When I first moved in all the reviews definitely worried me but I have come to realize all those reviews are a little ridiculous. If you clean your apartment you won’t have roaches, I have never even seen a roach or any bugs at all in my apartment for the past year & a half. The manager is on top of everything & has always emailed me back within 5-10 minutes. Work orders are always done quickly & the maintenance guy is so nice. The parking situation is fine if you need an extra spot then pay for it, I do not understand the confusion behind this because you are made aware of this policy BEFORE you sign the lease.
