I have had an outstanding experience living at Webb City Plaza Apartments! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or maintenance needs. I have been a resident for nearly three years, and unfortunately, my car has been broken into twice, and my motorcycle has been stolen twice this year. We have repeatedly requested security cameras in the parking lot, but Bell Management has not installed them. While they have cameras protecting their property, our belongings remain vulnerable.

Another tenant I know has also had their bicycle stolen. I no longer feel safe here, and for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment costing $1,095, I expect better protection for my property in the parking lot.

I moved in during the summer (June) and it has been great. The apartments are clean and very nice, large bedrooms with grand walk in closets . I like the laundry room being off the kitchen instead of the closet laundry, which I had in another apartment. I just really like the Floorplan of the apartments here , the master and second bedroom are on separate sides of living area , I really like that!! The amenities are great !! Having the pool, the basketball and tennis court is something you can't get just anywhere! And the turf on the playground is also something not offered at most apartments. The grounds are always kept very nice and clean and I have not regretted the decision to move...
