I saved $5.00 a month for 10 months to buy a crown roast for Christmas $45.00!. I asked for it 2 be made with 2 small ends,. The meat cutter had no idea how to make a crown roast. He took 2 big ends and just wrapped string around it to join the 2 pieces, he didn't score it so it would make a circle where I could put stuffing in the middle. He did no trimming and all I had was 2 big pieces of meat tied together. He ruined what may be my last Christmas and I so wanted it to be special with my family. I ended up just cooking one side and making chops with the other. DO NOT ask Wordens for anything special like a crown roast because they do not know what they are doing....
