Straub's Market — Local services in Webster Groves

Usually I come during the weekdays, and get GREAT customer service from the butcher section. The few times I have come on the weekend to get cuts of steak and salmon I've been met with very unwelcoming energy. I am not sure if this particular butcher is racist to black customers, but every time I come on the weekend this particular butcher huffs and puffs just because I request for a steak to be cut smaller. I have on 2 separate occasions asked for my salmon skin to be cut off, and not ONCE did they remove it. I have not seen them have the same negative energy towards white patrons in the butcher section. All in all, I don't plan...

If I could give 6 stars I would. April and her colleagues managed to pull off a Christmas miracle for me and my family this year. After realizing we mistakenly placed our christmas dinner order for the wrong week, April completely took charge of the situation and erased all of the stress, offering me what they could in the moment and options for alternatives for what was not available. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their assistance and patience. Thank you all again...

The Webster groves location offers a pretty extensive variety of high quality goods, especially considering the space allotted, and by far the most superb customer service of all the locations in our region.
