I would definitely recommend the Ferry at Lincoln Harbor, download the app and have your tickets “activated” before they dock at Lincoln Harbor. They will not wait for you and there is NO ticket booth.

The Lincoln Harbor Ferry is a really convenient way to get to Manhattan from Weehawken. The ride is quick, smooth, and offers great views, a hassle-free alternative to driving or taking the bus. The free shuttle from the Midtown pier to Times Square and Central Park is a great bonus.
