Decent building with good amenities and pretty nice apartment too, however the quality isn’t the best and the management is even worse.. During the summer our ac started making a very loud noise, similar to a plane engine. We submitted multiple requests to fix it but the maintenance team said it couldn’t really be fixed as this is how these particular acts are made. I called the leasing office and was told again that it can’t be fixed and the only solution would be letting us out of the lease. However after we decided to go with that option ( we just moved in 6 months ago so it wasn’t ideal at all considering the cost of moving etc), they said they need approval, which I had to follow up about for the next 3 days going to the office. Once I finally got a hold of someone I was told that it is not an option, unless we pay the penalties according to our lease agreement, that they are trying to fix it but they don’t know how or when... in the meantime we have to live in these terrible conditions, not sleeping, our child not sleeping...or just wait until it gets colder and we don’t need to use AC :// I have been trying to get a resolution of this situation or at least an update as promised, and I’m being ignored by the management team... We would never have moved to this building know how disrespectful, incompetent and inconsiderate the management...

I lived here for 14 months and I would never recommend this building to anyone. First off, security was a huge concern of mine and was expressed profusely upon me touring the building. I was told over and over that each guest is to be stopped at the door man / woman and the apartment renter would be called and notified of who was downstairs waiting. This happened maybe twice in my 14 months of living here. There were people who would just pop up at my door. Unknown people wandering my floor. This happened to the point where I had to attach a ring camera to my front door because I felt so uncomfortable. To add, the doormen/ door women were rude, unkind, and always had a bad attitude. Management is horrible and I have sent emails 3 months ago that I am still waiting for responses. My security deposit was sent back after the 30 day mark. For how much you are paying for a high end building- please take my advice and pay the extra $100-$200 a month to stay in one of the other buildings in...

The worst problem is the lack of Responsibility with maintaining things working like the ELEVADOR which is constantly broken every week and they take months to fix and when it gets fixed it gets broken quickly. They never listen to you about the elevator issues, the indoor pool is freezing cold which makes absolutely no sense to pay so much for rent and building amenities maintenance fee if we can't get a warm pool heater at least. The gym equipment is outdated extremely old, the gym goers don't keep it clean or put the weight away, it can be disgusting most of the times. The people who live there with either kids or dogs are not clean they let their pets and children make a mess in the halls carpet and facilities including elevator dirty and filthy it is disgusting. Many spoiled kids making a mess screaming in the halls like crazy, parents are negligent. You can smell pot out of the vent of the bathroom. It is completely bad and people with zero education and good manners choose...
