Had a horrible experience with this restaurant with both the staff and food. Ordered sesame chicken, got general tao. The “chicken” is a joke - literally its pieces of an unknown substance fried until there’s nothing inside but just balls of grease. Asked for teriyaki sauce on the side, I got nothing - on top of not getting the sauce I asked for there were no utensils and no soy sauce. Salad & dressing were disgusting. The only edible item in my $33 order was the California roll & rice that came with the “general tao” meal.
I called them just after placing my order to confirm they have it correct & not to forget the teriyaki sauce. They replied with, you’re tipping cash right? I said you already charged me $5 delivery fee so I won’t be tipping over the already $5 charge. They didn’t like my answer, maybe that’s why they made my food taste like garbage.
Restaurant refused to refund me this disgusting meal I wouldn’t even feed to my dog..

Read moreTerrible terrible terrible! I ordered from seamless and my order took over 2 hours. I called the restaurant 3 times and they could care less about my order, they kept repeating to me that the driver is 10-15 minutes away each time. I called seamless help and since they do not use the delivery drivers through seamless they could not refund my order. Also the restaurant did nothing to help me with my order , they refused to give me a refund and were very disrespectful! I do not suggest ordering from this restaurant, the Hoboken location is much better.
Update - they never delivered my order and when I tried to call I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. So they did not deliver my order even though when I called they kept telling me my food was 10-15 minutes away? This is absolutely ridiculous and they will not give me a refund. They decided to lie and say my order was on the way when they only took my money and decided to not deliver my food. What a classy...
Read moreBeen going here for happy hour with friends and clients for years. Good location as can be a good central meeting point for people from NJ who don’t want to go into city for meetings and easy for folks to jump from Manhattan onto ferry. Last few months, though, food and drink have gone down hill. They’re selling only one Franzia-like saki even sorority girls in the middle of Nebraska wouldn’t touch and the rolls consistently come out looking like an eight year old ran them through a play-doh kitchen set. To add insult to injury, to get your parking validated costs you 15 minutes of your life that you’ll never get back and the card didn’t even work the past few times. Am going to chalk it up to a change in management or something, but yucky over all. Hop on the light rail and eat in Hoboken or...
