I'm not one you enjoys giving bad reviews, and I will say the staff attempted to help me. Unfortunately they're help was the problem. I called before I went, to see if they had the item I needed in stock. There was no confusion about what I was looking for and they claimed that the item I needed was in stock. When I arrived they asked if I needed any help as I was entering the store. I explained what I was looking for and was directed to an isle where the item was supposed to be. The item was not there and when I asked for help from an associate I was told they didn't have what I was looking for in stock. Really irritating when your trying to solve a problem at the end of a work day so you can finish up and go home, so you take the time to call and verify, and nobody actually checks...
