Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a restaurant! Only 1 star cause that's the lowest offered!
Arrived, got sat with two other tables in the restaurant, about a quarter to 9 (they close at 10) Ordered drinks, and water's, (which were wrong to start) forgot the waters, had to chase down our server to fix them, ordered two burgers with fries, they messed up one of the two, the fries were old, greasy and cold as hell! Politely asked our server to fix them and 15-20 min later, they brought the missing egg for the burgers and only ONE of the two fries! (Burgers were already cold, but never asked to remake them or anything)
In the meantime, we're watching the manager stack up chairs on the tables (30 min to closing at this point) with two other tables STILL eating as well as us!
NO ONE came to ask how anything was, refills, etc, etc........ The "manager" walked by at least a dozen times cleaning floors, changing batteries on the table monitors and my burger STILL sitting there cold, not touched at this point and with everything that happened, you'd assume management would've been notified about the kitchens and or servers mishap, but no!
I tried the burger but it was cold as ever and with the lack of respect from everyone there, feeling rushed and basically pushing us out, we were done!!!
You'd think that "complained cold fries, burgers, messed up drink(S), they'd discount it or something but they gave a big ole f*k you basically!
From a previous restaurant owner, this is beyond disrespectful and will never return to this location!!!!
One star for the location (on a positive note) zero stars for disrespect, lack of professionalism, cold food, cleaning and stacking chairs to make your guests feeling rushed and almost $60 for a bunch of a cold food, burgers and messed up drinks?i don't think...
Read moreAs you enter, the smell of mold is almost overwhelming. It doesn't take long to see where it's coming from. As you stand at the hostess station you look up and see a ceiling full of mold. Yummm!
You get seated in booths that should have been replaced years ago. The tips in the leather are so old they are almost razor blades on your legs. Yummm!
The lights are so dim so you don't even notice how dry and burnt your food is until your first bite. You push through. At this point you say to yourself, "The experience can't get much worse so let's just eat and get out of here." Yummm!
Your kids crayon accidentally falls into one of the booth cracks. They reach in and get the crayon but it's squishy. Odd. They scream when they realize it's not a crayon they just pulled from the crevasse, it's a worm!! Yummm!!
Your family jumps up out of their seats. This experience is over. Everyone promptly visits the bathroom to wash their hands. Half eaten food and cocktails litter the table. Yummm!
As a concerned customer you politely go find a manager, semi embarrassed that your cell phone light is still on from having to dine by cell-phone-light. The manager is rightly concerned but somehow oblivious to the fact that there are hundreds of square feet of mold above everyone's head. The manager offers to take 50% off of your meal. You didn't complain to get a discount so you politely decline. You pay your bill in full and promptly leave. Yummm!
This location has been in decline for years. As a loyalty member you've watched it slowly get worse and worse. Each survey going into an abyss with zero feedback. Yummm!
I'm no health expert but I've eaten in more sanitary locations in third world countries. Stay far away until the issues are taken...
Read moreWalked into a nightmare. It starts with the hostess trying to sit our party of 6 at a 4 top table. She said she needed to get 1 more chair. Uh-huh..okay. can we sit at the bigger corner booth (that will easily accommodate our 6 person party), please? The womens bathroom required a hazmat suit. Obviously not cleaned or check ALL day. There were used tampons and pads overflowing from the sanitary disposal cans and no paper towels. I even witnessed a server leaving without cleaning her hands. Our appetizers plates were soaking wet with somone else's food still attached.. I couldn't find any wait staff so I took them to the hostess. The new plates were still soaking wet, at least the food was most likely just rinsed off. I didnt go out to eat and do the dishes too. Apparently asking her for clean dry plates was too much because she sent the manager over who arrived at the table sporting a hostile attitude. Demanding to know if I had a problem. Well yes as a matter of fact I did. Then of course the food took forever and NO the place was NOT busy. It was 8pm on a Tuesday night. My best guess was management delay. While waiting I had the pleasure of having to kill a bug crawling across the table. I've been to this Red Robin before and the service was above par as well as super clean. It's obvious there is new management that seems to have much lower standards of both service and food. The grandkids don't want to go back and they love Red Robin. For the amount of money we spent the experience was a foul and...
