Don’t think I’ll be going back…. This was like the 2nd cut I’ve gotten. I’ve been growing my hair out for some time and just wanted a trim for new years.
I got 2 inches taken off but I also asked if she could take the puffiness out of the sides. I even pointed to exactly what I was talking about.
She proceeded to basically chop up the ends of my hair and when I again pointed to what I was talking about, she said “there isn’t much you can do about that except brush it…”
So now I have shorter hair that flares/curls out from my ears and looks stupid🤦🏻♂️ thankfully hair grows back…. I’ll find another place next time…
I also noticed upon getting home that one side is shorter than the other…. 🤦🏻♂️🤬

Showing me as she was trimming. My hair was more a mess than I initially thought. Her fix-up job cost me the same as I paid here and my hair looks WAY better… I’m honestly pissed I paid for...

At first I thought it was a burn from the clipper rubbing. Over the next few hours, it has gotten worse and is hot to the touch. My husband isn’t a complainer, but he called the location to let them know so they could look into it. The lady that answered was beyond dismissive, saying “um okay?” multiple times. Again, he wasn’t calling looking for compensation. When he asked if anything besides water was in the spray bottles they use to wet your hair, she laughed and said “just West Allis water”.
Records will show he’s been to this location quite a few times, and has never had an issue. I’m less concerned with the skin irritation (although it’s worth noting) and more annoyed with how the person on the phone made him feel disregarded and like he was...
Read moreWendy is a true professional who cares and listened to the things I liked about my current cut and the things I wanted to change. Making my cut personalized just for me. Talking with her about her experience as a stylist including training in Chicago and that Great Clips offers an apprentice program, my daughter would like to be a stylist once she graduates. Wendy enthusiastically told us about the Apprentice program and pointed us in the right direction. Thank you Miss Wendy, Briana and I will most positively be back in the new year. Happy...
