Uniform Advantage — Local services in West Allis

I came in today (April 14th) to a spectacular experience from the first step in the door! The cleanest store I have ever walked into! With a major sale going on there was not a single mess to be seen! The store was perfectly organized including the sale sections which never seems to be the norm elsewhere. When I first walked in I was greeted by both the manager and associate with a smile and kind hello. The store manager and associate working the floor (I believe Kat and Dustin) were the kindest people I have come into contact with in many years. And it wasn’t “forced” it was genuine kindness. Coming to a store for many can be taxing especially trying on clothing. They went above and beyond; setting up a fitting room for my hundreds of uniforms I was trying on in multiple sizes. Looking at how much I was grabbing in an array of sizes as well they never judged or questioned my choices other than going a step above because I had grabbed some petite size pants and a few that weren’t so she asked if I needed some more petite sizes after trying them on that she could order them for me to be shipped to my house and still be in the same transaction. It’s such a shame because the UA in west allis was my go to place .. and I always dumped around 300 dollars every time . Today , however, is the last time I set foot in there. The worker that was there was EXTREMELY rude , to be honest I’ve never been treated like that at a store in my life. After screaming at my to not put my clothes back on the racks (which I wasn’t I was taking them back to get a different size and wanted to make sure I got the exact style) she proceeded to argue with me about where I set down the clothes I was for surely going to purchase after I put them literally where she said to. Than after embarrassed me in front of other customers, I decided to put the rest of the outfits I still was going to try on and just purchase what I had already picked out so I could run out of there. I planned on getting shoes and a watch as well but I guess not today .....

I’ve come to this location twice in the past month, from 1.5 hours away, and each visit was a welcomed experience. Donna, Keya, and Rainbow all provided an exceptional and friendly level of service that is becoming rarer to find (Thank You!). I initially came due to the nice selection I seen online (i.e. Healing Hands, Koi, Resurge) and came again because of the good variety and the welcoming service. The store has a loyalty program, runs good sales, and you can also get 20% off non-sale items when you trade in your used scrubs. This store has become my new favorite for work gear.
