I do a lot of my clothing shop at Kohls, for myself and my kids. I do most online but there are occasions when I come in store to shop. I usually have a pretty good experience but today was not one of them. I was seen by a lady at register 4. She asked me if I was using my Kohls charge, didn't say why. I replied yes. I said I'd like to use a promo code too. She looked inconvenienced or confused by this. I said there's a savemore20 promo right now. I showed her the promo on my phone. Again, she continued to act kind of odd around me. She wanted to see the promo code on my phone and I showed her and I said you know, you really ought to know about these things since you work here and she asked me what and I repeated my statement again. She wanted me to turn up the brightness on my phone. She scanned the promo off my phone. She said you can pay however you wish to. I felt like this lady was acting like I didn't have the freggin money to pay my bill. Beyond annoyed! I scanned my Kohls Charge. I could have payed cash. She asked to see the signature on my Kohls charge. Never in the whole time I have been and shopped at Kohls has the cashier asked to see the signature on my Kohls Charge. Half the time they don't even match the signature on your electronic signature. I get it, it's the season for theft and blah blah blah but don't treat customers...

For 2 Saturdays I have stopped in the line was all the way to the north side of building turning to west side halfway to back of store. Only ladies side cashier open not on mens side. Needless to say I left my items and went to another store where they too care of my purchases in a timely matter. Not happy with wasting my time shopping to end up not purchasing. This is not fair to your cashiers to be put in this type of situation. Your company should be ashamed on this treatment to employees and your customers. You have lost my business till after holidays.    Read moreVery disappointed with my last interaction. I bought a zip up hoodie online with my birthday coupon. I accidentally chose the wrong size and instead of letting me do an exchange because I couldn't get in my app for the receipt the CSR had me return the hoodie for a merchandise return and repurchase the size I wanted. By doing that I ended up paying more than I originally did online and lost my birthday coupon credit. Not the best way to help me solve my problem.
