I recently purchased a car from here, and within the first week, I started having issues. When I brought it back in to be checked, I was absolutely shocked to find out that the rotors were in horrid condition. My 2016 Silverado was squealing everywhere I went.
I took it in and they were promptly replaced. Unfortunately thereās still squealing and the front lug nuts were pretty loose. I didnāt realize this until the rear brakes were replaced and a lug nut was MISSING!!! I inspected the truck and found some more that were loose.
Itās clear that proper inspections and safety checks are not a priority here. Selling a vehicle in this condition is completely unacceptable, and it makes me question the integrity of the entire dealership.
On top of that, instead of taking full accountability and making things right, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful over the phone and kept transferring me to different dealerships and when I finally got ahold of someone with some authority that could help me, the guy couldnāt care less and he had hung up on me. He was the manager! . If I hadnāt caught this issue in time, who knows what could have happened?
Save yourself the headache (and possibly your safety) and take your business somewhere that actually cares about their customers. I regret ever stepping foot in this place.
If you end up going anyway, be careful. If a sales manager comes up to you and he looks like he couldnāt care less and just wants the sale, get up and go.
The only redeemable person there would have to be a man named G. He actually seemed to care and fought to get some of my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst service and experience Iāve ever had in my life when it comes to car care. I will never buy a Nissan in the future due to the service I experienced. I brought my car in for warranty work because my lower control arm completely snapped off. When I brought it there they told me they wouldnāt be able to start the work for 2 weeks. Which I was fine with but because itās warranty work I asked for a loaner car as I do not have another vehicle. They said that they didnāt have one at any Nissan in the whole state. (Wisconsin) I proceeded to ask that they pay for a rental car for me while they work on it. Said they canāt do that. Things went back and forth for awhile long story short they didnāt give me a loaner car. 2 weeks go buy I call to check to see if they had started the work as they said they would. To keep the story short they didnāt get my car done for 5 weeks and was lied to for 3 weeks straight. They finally gave me a rental car half way through the 3rd week. I worked with Rodger at the west bend Nissan and would highly recommend avoiding him and that dealers ship as a whole. Iām a person of principle if you tell me my car will be done in roughly 2 weeks and it doesnāt get done for 5 is bull**. If itās going to take you 5 thatās fine but just be honest and tell me that up front so I can make arrangements accordingly. Horrible service all the way around and as stated before I will not buy a Nissan ever again especially after talking with corporate about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDrove 4 hours to buy a used car that was supposed to be passed inspection with nothing wrong. When I got there to find the engine was showing oil seepage as well as small imperfections in the body condition. The sales man that I confronted about those issues, Brandon was a very nice sales man but the managers John and Dave seems to be a bit more on the rude side as once Brandon mentioned my concerns they still had an attitude with what the flaws I pointed out and wanted to raise the car price if they had to fix the engine seepage. I had bought the car that night and the next day found more issues with the rear tires and brake pads at low life left, and all 4 brakes rotors being warped. The sales manager has yet to contact me back after I called him to address the issues with the vehicle they sold. John did not contact me back on the issues addressed with the vehicle even though he swore he will call me back that evening to address everything properly. This shows poor management skills and makes we feel like Russ Darrow Nissan really shows their professional side once a sale is made. Point to note for anyone looking to buy from this dealership get your own inspection as they will mark things as Pass just to sell you a car off their sales floor, and the managers and not true to their words so your better off not trusting them. I'm still waiting for that call it's been 2 weeks now, thanks John your very...
