Cousins Subs — Restaurant in West Bend

We've normally gone to the Main St Cousins, and after eating at the Washington St store, I can tell you we will avoid Washington St like the plague from now on. The Washington St Manager is abusive towards his workers. They mostly just keep their heads down and make sandwiches while he stays at the head of the counter and gives attitude to the customers. While waiting for our meal, he was rude to a customer who believed they were overcharged. He said, "Well look, you shouldn't have signed for it then. You already paid me, I don't care if you take the food or not". I can't be sure that it was entirely this rude and condescending guy that was ringing up the customers that made the atmosphere so uncomfortable, but our party wasn't the only one that noticed it. Its a shame because we really like Cousin's actual subs. Hope the owner can improve the customer...

Literally pulled this hair from between layers of the Italian Special ordered. The individual working did not have their hair pulled back and hanging over the subs they were preparing. Reasonably requested a refund, provided contact details that the worker asked and said the owner would call/email but we were never contacted nor refunded. This was a restaurant we frequented, but after this experience, we won't be anymore. I thought the public deserved to be notified about the level of hygiene this location used while preparing our food and customer service provided, or lack thereof. It was suggested, and I'll repeat it here, that it would be good cleanliness practice to pull one's hair back in a ponytail to avoid these mistakes in the future and if this does happen again, please do right by your customer(s) and refund them. I ordered online for curbside pickup. I do this at the Paradise location all the time without any problems. I arrived a few minutes before my pickup time, so I wasn't expecting it to be ready. I checked in online and waited...and waited...then I decided to call in. I was immediately placed on hold.

After a total wait of 15 minutes past my pickup time and being on hold with nobody speaking to me, I went inside. I waited some more at the counter and I could see my order sitting there. I finally got to speak to the girl and she gave me my order. I got all the way home and realized I didn't have the chips I ordered.

I know it's the day before Xmas Eve and they were busy and there were only 3 people working, but I thought it was ridiculous to wait that long. I'm wishing I hadn't left...
