Great to have a TB on the North side of town now! Excellent service here. You guys are all doing a great job. Fast drive thru. 95% of our orders have been accurate (which is saying something nowadays.) Keep up the good work!
Hope the WB TB restaurants will get breakfast going again soon. It's hard to find a quality breakfast burrito nowadays. McD's breakfast burritos are expensive and small (sometimes smaller, depending which location one visits.) BK has that giant one (which is really 2 meals) and then the smaller version of it, which is actually pretty good, if only they could find a better or even proprietary salsa sauce to serve with them. Wendy's attempted to design a breakfast burrito. Tried em once, and I don't know, maybe if I was starving to death, might get another one again. Some of their other breakfast stuff is rather good though. And KT's breakfast burritos...it's kind of like someone barfed into a tortilla and set it under a heat lamp. What is that stuff in there?? I tried to identify the separate components. Did it come out of a bag which was boiled? Gotta be better options out there than whatever that stuff is. IDK, some of their other burritos are okay, I guess, but only when they are on sale, and I dress em up with extra stuff at home.
Sometimes we've driven all the way up to Fond du Lac to Taco John's just to find some Tex Mex breakfast. TJ's makes several fresh salsas every day, which is rad. And they somehow kept their breakfast going through all this CV19 mess. So, you know, just saying there might be a niche open in the area here in WB for you guys, TB.
For TB Corporate, I got this to say. Why do you guys keep getting rid of all the mainstay items your customers have grown to love through the years? There's enough frustration and unhappiness out there already. You could add a great deal of smiles into multiple demographics if you wanted to. C'mon, we all know you folks are cooler than the rest of Korporate Amerika. Well, at least you are staying in your current corporate headquarters until 2030. (Is it just me or maybe you should change that year? People might catch on to the Agenda, you know?)
Things seem to be getting smaller too. I remember in the 90's I used to buy a bean burrito for 59 cents. They were literally 3-4 times the size they are now. And less than a third of the price.
Bring back the Cheesarito. Something so simple and yet it might be the best thing you all ever came up with. Tons and tons of videos out there with people making copy cat versions. IDK, could they be purchasing them from you instead?
And what was that steak and black bean burrito thing from the nineties? Had a really savory dark chile sauce of some sort in it. Was 99 cents at the time. Then it disappeared. Bring that thing back.
And where's the Pintos and Cheese? Look, I know black beans are cheaper. Where's the Pintos and Cheese?? And what Mexican-inspired restaurant doesn't have some sort of tostada option on the menu? Where is it? And Lava Sauce! Volcano! Lava!
Side note here. Been in multiple grocery stores of late. Shelves are completely bare of Mild, Hot, Fire, Diablo sauces. Locations where they were sold are still there. Fill em up, cause they be...
Read moreI used to love Taco Bell. The one on Main started to go downhill years ago. And then I was happy to hear about the new one on Washington St. It was good when it was staffed enough to be open. However, on 1/5/24 I ordered a large amount of food for a gathering. We pulled up to the drive thru and they told us we had to come inside. So we were stuck in line. Finally, we were able to pull up to the window and the lady tells us they ran out of food. I called to speak to a manager. I spoke to Mary Kate. She didn't know how to help me and said she would try and call her boss. He didn't answer. She gave me the 800 number to call. I also reported this issue on the app. I spoke to a man there who said he didn't know why I was calling them, it needs to go through the store. He told me I could call 800-red-taco and that took me to accounts receivable. I call the store again and they still had no answers. I took a screen shot of my order number. I called the store the next sat and spoke to, "pope." He apologized and stated he was there to try and makes some changes because the store was falling apart. I spoke to him several times and all he did was apologize, nothing ever got resolved but he did try to reassure me that he would help me. More time passes and haven't heard a peep. I called "pope" tonight as he fave me his personal cell and he states he no longer works at that store and asked me to call and ask for Ben. I called the store and spoke to Ben. He was never informed of this issue. He could not help me. Says my order is over a month old and he cannot even look it up anymore. I asked what can be done for me to get my money back and he said I needed to call 800-taco-bell. I look in my orders on the app and notice every order is in there from the past year but this one is mysteriously gone. I call the number and they are closed I'll try again tomorrow. I will never eat taco bell food ever again. Highly...
Read moreThis is the first time I have ever bothered to do a Google review, to my knowledge. I felt compelled to because of my experience this morning, and it is not the first time in the morning that it has been pretty bad. I'm giving this location 2 stars only for the night crew, as I haven't had any problems with them recently.
This morning I pulled up to the location after having ordered online at 10:18, this is almost 20 minutes after the location opens. I was informed that they needed an additional 5 minutes to get set up for breakfast. I said that was fine and that I had already ordered online and could just wait. The woman speaking said to just pull around and wait 5 minutes instead. I did so and a few cars who weren't even there yet when I got there skipped ahead of the 5 minute window. The one in front of me spent 5 minutes ordering $50 worth of food and when I got back to the menu speaker I was told to wait another 5 minutes before I could just say I'm picking up a mobile order quick. Another 5 minutes pass and I get my food.
In summary, 20 minutes after the store opened it took another 20 minutes for me to get my food. I try my beverage and it is so bad I wonder if it is sabotaged (I was very polite) and threw it out. I never received my hash browns at all.
Avoid this place like the plague in the morning, and if you must get breakfast don't even bother until at least 30 minutes after they open. I've had them not be ready yet even 45, or more, minutes later than...
