I am beyond impressed with the K&K Team. After going to several reputable jewelers (from Milwaukee) and looking extensively online, I came here searching for an engagement ring after being referred. From start to finish it was a phenominal experience. I showed an associate a few pictures of what I had in mind for a ring, and they walked me through the rest of the process of building a ring my fiancé would be proud of. That was the easy part.

The hard part came (and where I was really impressed) when we ran into a delay with the band. The diamond was picked out by hand, and the band custom made elsewhere. Our window from the time of order placement and when I planned on proposing was extremely tight; just under 4 weeks. A few weeks later, we received some no so great news from the manufacturer about a delay with the band, and that's when the K&K team distinguished themselves. Knowing the importance of the time frame, they immediately started laying out options on how to best move forward while simultaneously calling in every favor they could at the manufacturer.

Ultimately, they delivered an awesome custom ring on time (literally hours before I was proposing) and under budget that my fiancé adores. I have to begin this review with an apology because I meant to leave it over a month ago! I’ve just been sitting here staring at my ring the ENTIRE TIME! HA! Ok, in all seriousness, Koehn and Koehn jewelers wasn’t the most convenient for me. It was a 30 minute drive in a direction I never travel, but it was so worth it! My interactions with Andy, Jenn, Susan and Lindsay were nothing short of special each time I came to visit. They carry the most exceptional brands of bridal and fashion jewelry. Their intimate boutique setting has you feeling like you’re acting out your own little fairytale! (That may have also been enhanced by the delicious champagne I was enjoying!) If you’re looking for a team of experts who are passionate about what they do and the clients they work with, you’ll want to go to look no further. They really listened to me. They helped me create a custom designed ring with the help of their rockstar on-site goldsmith! I get compliments wherever I go and sometimes I get beeped at at intersections when the light turns green because I’m just staring at my ring in the car! (Sorry, not sorry!) I absolutely loved my experience while shopping for an engagement ring at Koehn & Koehn! Other jewelry stores in the past I had found to be full of pressure from pushy sales people. Koehn & Koehn was the exact opposite! I simply came in and told them what I was looking for and the owner Andy sat down with me and showed me all of my options. I had picked out a ring however after thinking about it for a night I determined I needed to change the ring. I went back to the store and told the owner (Andy) my thoughts. Andy never once questioned me, he simply stated " I want you to be happy with your choice from my collection. The dollar amount you spend here or the type of ring you purchase makes no difference to me, as long as you are happy." I picked out a new ring and off i went. Not once did I ever feel pressured to buy something or that my price range was to "limited" as stated by other stores. An aspect I liked about Koehn & Koehn was that the owner had viewed the diamonds in person and inspected their quality before purchasing them meaning I knew I was getting the best. The diamonds themselves were gorgeous and the setting which was also done by Koehn & Koehn is top quality! I really cannot say enough good about...
