The UPS Store — Local services in West Bloomfield Township

I went to this UPS location the last 5 times I’ve needed their services & now I’ll ONLY go there. Every single time, the service was excellent.

From the friendly greeting as you walk in, to the above & beyond helpfulness, the cleanliness of the store, & knowledgeable employees who seem to actually care…it’s extraordinary; especially in these times, where great customer service has all but become a thing of the past.

I’ve had situations where I thought it was going to be too complicated & I stressed about how I’m supposed to figure out printing labels, etc. I simply stated my needs & they took care of the rest! Easy as pie.

I am so excited that Lynn and her staff are near me. I used to have to travel much further to another location.
