We came for lunch today and were seated on the patio. Our waitress was very nice. After she took our order she returned to deliver the soup, which was cold, and then brought the iced latte ~8-10 min later. I had asked for light ice, but when I received it, it was warm. We asked her for an estimate on our food (a burger and a pita) while she was dropping off the latte because we began noticing other people who had been seated after us were already eating. 10-15 minutes later it came out, making it 25-30 minutes to get our food. When I received my pita it was missing cucumbers and tomatoes, so I flagged down another waitress because ours hadn’t come back again to check on us after receiving the food. The second waitress returned and said that our waitress was inside with a larger party, and she would relay the message. I explained I’m missing tomatoes and cucumbers. ~8-10 minutes later our waitress returned to our table and asked what was wrong. I showed her I was missing tomatoes and cucumbers. A couple minutes later the blonde manager, Becca, delivered a bowl of tomatoes and cucumbers, and said, “so you were just missing tomatoes.” I showed her I was missing both. She said “cucumbers don’t come on the pita but are in the tzatziki sauce.” I showed her the menu where it states cucumber as a topping. She said “oh, hmm.” I asked if she was the manager, asked what the average order to table time was, and explained how it took ~30 minutes to get the food and how other people who sat down after us were eating long before us. She rolled her eyes, didn’t know the average time, said “we just got bombarded at noon with large tables” and literally shrugged her shoulders. I said ok and asked for a box. She sent another person to bring it. They credited us the iced latte but didn’t care about the serve time or food issues. It really seemed like the waitstaff and manager only cared about larger tables. Not the worst experience but I won’t be returning.

Unfortunately, nothing working for this place
with a high average rating and thousands of reviews, I have to wonder if either the quality has nosedived or people just have low standards. Onion rings were barely warm and not crispy, so either they were old and reheated or they do not fry them fresh. Either is bad. Asked the waitress what the “speciality” of this place was (as an out of towner, I have no idea if they’re known for pizza, pasta, seafood, etc.). Answer received was “everything is pretty good”
that’s always a sign that nothing is good! The facility is huge and we were seating in a section by off by ourselves (which is fine), but our waitress was not very attentive after the food arrived (never asked how the quality was, slow to refill empty drinks, slow to come around when time to pay). She was very nice, but it was not an inspiring experience at all. Thought pizza was a safe bet
I was wrong. On what planet can the pizza pictured be called margarita? Diced tomatoes, shredded basil, tons of cheese, and super thick dough/crust. Honestly, it looks like something I’d expect from an elementary school cafeteria. I could barely bring myself to eat a few pieces
not to mention the portion is insanely large. I would have been happier going to a drive through for dinner, it was that bad. No desire to EVER go back.

I have been eating food from here for the past 3-4 years, showing my friends and family the place because the food used to be enjoyable. I do however understand that inflation can contribute to the prices of food going up for vendors and customers alike, but I will never understand how this establishment has been extremely shrinking the size of the food/ portions and at the same time raising the prices
I am very disappointed at how you can come here and spend 30+$ on 20 boneless wings, then receive a 5 to 10 dollar portion of tiny chicken slices that are deep fried. These aren’t close to chicken wings and can’t even be in the same category. The size of these are almost just the tip of my thumb and have been shrinking in size every few months and for 100% sure every year. Would not recommend wasting hard earned money on a business that doesn’t care about its customers and tries to profit immensely off the people that keep it up and running. Overall good tasting food though, just very disappointing to say the least.

We had a fabulous time! We chose to have our celebration here, and we're glad we did! The restaurant was clean and the hostess was nice. She greeted us well and asked how she could help. We reserved the banquet room. This room holds about 30 people. We ended up having less which was perfect. They have several rooms to choose from. The patio area is huge for a huge party. If you ended up choosing the patio and you don't have enough guests, keep in mind you may end up sharing this space with another family. They tell you this when you reserve so you are aware. You are able to come to the restaurant on your reserved day and decorate as you please. The rooms have specific hours. The day time hours are considered to be between 12 and 4 pm. The night time hours are 4pm (1600) - 8pm (2000). There is a difference in price with which time slot you select. The managers will call you to confirm your reservation and talk you through the menu. We spoke to Shay and Jamie. They were both nice. Our party was a success! We reserved the 12- 4pm time slot. We finished with church early so we had an hour before our reservation. My husband called to see if we can go an hour early and they ok'd it Bonus points! The service was outstanding! Tatiana was our waitress and she was FANTASTIC đŸ€©. She smiled when she entered our banquet room, this made us feel comfortable instantly. I felt at home. She was polite, kind, friendly, fun, attentive and most of all respectful of all our requests. She is the reason why I will have all of our parties there. She added happiness to our celebration. She never once looked bothered when certain family members had way too many requests (we all have them in our families lol). She kept her spirit positive and delivered each requests. The food was great and fresh! Alcoholic beverages are not included as part of the package. You drink and pay separately đŸ·. Non alcoholic beverages are included in your menu package. If you have food left over, you can request containers so you can take home whatever you have left over. I love that, no need to cook dinner for that day! They have gluten free options so I was able to eat comfortably. They prepared my salad separately and without croutons, per my request! More bonus points! The bathroom was clean! This is huge for parents with young children in training. Go and see...

We had a party of 8 tonight for our aunts 87th birthday. The food was okay, however the service was very lacking....evadently they pulled a bartender to be a server & we were the unlucky group to get her.....obviously pissed off, stressed out, rushed & lacking basic customer service. I asked for a 9 oz pour of Riesling & was told...' we only do regular pours....so they cannot accommodate a request that even Red Lobster has no issue with...ok, moving on.....we asked if our 87 year old aunt to have a chair to sit on due to being in an oval like booth that was saggy & she wasn' t tall enough to eat comfortably so that was allowed....we got dinner & it was ok but the server who should have just stayed behind the bar was still running around with her attitide...she came to clear some plates & dumped a glass of ice water in our aunt's lap....granted it was an accident but still...she then proceeded to project that it was basically an elderly ladys fault for sitting in that area as ' no chairs are to be there' after she put the chair there for her......so after that mess....we just finished our meal, she comes back throws some take home boxes on the table & says....ready for your check?...... it was obvious in other words...hurry up & get out..........but we wanted dessert so we did ask if they offered a free dessert for birthdays.......the curt answer was 'NO'......so okay i guess if management wants to blow off customers birthdays then just more poor customer service.......so we moved on ordered desserts & coffee.........coffee comes out its cold........I'm like......this coffee is cold, her reply.....' well, it was on the warmer & that's all that's back there'......so too lazy & unconcerned to make us fresh hot coffee........amazing......so i refused to pay for the 5 coffees saying this is totally unacceptable. She did take it off the bill as well as the soft drinks but i think by this time she knew i had had enough of her..........i had to LOL when the bill came over $400 with the gratuity included due to our party of 8 & it recommended......' extra tip'..........OK.....here's an extra tip......KEEP YOUR BARTENDERS BEHIND THE BAR SO CUSTOMERS DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH BAD ATTITUDES & POOR SERVICE...........we...
