UPDATE I want to give a huge shout out to Brady, Gary, the short hair lady at the window (so sorry I forgot your name!), this crew is just absolutely phenomenal. Since I have left my review, things have been more consistent. They came to the window today and told me how to specifically tell them to make my drink so it’s the same. I'd like to say the staff is friendly and fast However,the West Branch MI location employees have a bad habit of adding entirely too 2 much ice to the iced drinks I watched the barista add a full scoop of ice and an additional extra scoop on top of that into the drink I ordered I'm considering giving up on going to this location I thought that the extra ice thing was just something that happened when I used the drive thru Turns out they just love to save money by giving customers more ice than product And instead of opening a new container of fruit bits I got only what was left at the bottom of the mostly empty container Thanks...

Not very pleased with the drink I ordered, I got the peppermint white mocha Frappuccino I’ve had these drinks before so I knew I liked them. The one I received from this location I think they forgot the coffee or it was VERY weak. It tasted like peppermint water I threw it away. Went to Dunkin’ Donuts instead. The drink my boyfriend ordered from this location was EXCELLENT! Just was very disappointed with my first time going there. Hopefully the employees can fix this problem for next time!
