UPDATE... Ask for Jeremy if you have an issue. He is the REAL deal Manager of the place. He came to the phone with a great customer service attitute. It was very obvious the difference in training. He made everything right for us. Very pleased with his on the spot concern and care. Thank you Jeremy, we really appreciate it. I hope the un-named girl is retrained to be as good as you! We remain KFC fans for life! Ordered large order chicken finger's basket, with 2 mashed potaoes with gravy, mac & ch, cole slaw, 8 biscuits. Get home to Prudenville in pouring snow to find NO gravy at all ! Also no dip 4 the 16 ckic fingers. Asked 4 honey mustard & bbq. So call & was told off & hung up on by so called night manager ! Called back phone picked up & hung up on again several times. Big mistake... I will be contacting your district management Mon. We will see how they feel about your job...

She started talking to her while I was ordering and then continue to ask me to repeat what I said because she was too busy, listening to the young lady at the door and what she was saying. When I asked her for the receipt to get her name so I could leave a review because I didn’t like being disrespected, she responded with “actually” yes, actually was my response to me that was rude to talk with your friend while you have a customer standing in front of you and ordering it was very apparent after I placed my order that they were friends giggling and laughing I was raised better than that. Read moreThe manager of this KFC doesn't have a clue on how to do their job. After waiting 10 minutes in line to place our order, we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fill it. When they called me up to receive my order I was told they had no dark meat. They asked if we wanted white meat instead. I said no if I wanted white meat I would have ordered it. I asked how long before the dark would be ready and was informed they didn't know. Then they said at least another 30 minutes since they didn't have any being prepared yet.
This problem seems to be a common occurrence at KFC in general. They never seem to have chicken ready, which is strange since I thought that was the main purpose of KFC.
The West Branch Michigan store is the worst we have encountered thus far. Must be why the Wendy's next door...
