First Of All Chuck The Manager Is HORRIBLEEE!!!!!!!! He was rude over a mistake on their part my sister in law was missing her fries and when we told him that he was rude and started catching an attitude when we literally were just gonna pay for new ones since he said they weren’t on the ticket so we were just gonna pay for new ones and then on my order one of my famous bowls were missing and we did end up getting it and then he handed us our ticket and said bye so we left then come to find out the 1/2 gallon Mountain Dew was missing and we had already called because of how rude they were I got hung up on and then my sister in law called back and explained that it was missing and the rgm basically told us it was our fault stating that “chuck” said he was running back to grab something and we sped off WHICH ISNT TRUE AT ALL.Then My Sister in law asked to have to not speak to “Chuck” and the RGM basically told us that unless we talked to “Chuck” and were respectful that we weren’t getting the pop we paid for we came back through to get our pop We had The Pleasure to Speak to Someone else I just wanna shout out Miss Genera she handled the situation better then either Chuck or the RGM she was nice kindly asked us to explain what happened she listened and was nice she is the definition of the best customer service me and my sister in law both work in restaurants and we understand the place being busy but he had no right to speak to us the way he did Miss Genera is you see this you deserve a raise and you are the perfect example of the best type of customer service apologizing in your managers behalf is crazy I would understand you as a manager apologizing for staff under you but your under them handled the situation better than either of them and apologized...
Read moreI absolutely love KFC, when it is done right. I barely frequent this one because it's never consistent, or they run out the main thing... Chicken. However today I decided it has been a while since I had it, so I ordered online at close to 1 for a pick up at 2:15, especially as seeing online that they didn't close until 9. I paid for order and received an email stating that order was not only received but confirmed. I was almost into the parking the lot when I received a call from a young man, whom I assume is the manager telling me he had just received me order at 2 and they close at 2, however he didn't call me untill 2:15. Needless to say I was irritated he never told me why they were closing just that I could get my money back from the app, that I ordered it through. I ordered from KFC online, , he then went on to tell me he doesn't have any money there, and that his online ordering should've been turned off. Horrible...
Read moreBought 3 meals, got home opened all three biscuits was cold & so hard couldn't break them to butter or honey. I called to let them know,said just wanted to let you know should check your biscuits because they was cold & very hard. He told me that's crazy don't know how that could be. After repeating himself 3 x I said well I don't know why but they are. His next comment was, well that's not possible because they came straight out of 185*warmer. I stated well we live about 10 blks not a quarter mile away opened as soon as we walked it so I'm not lieing. He said I didn't call you a lier but it's not possible. He said so what are you wanting to come back get 3 biscuits. I SAID NO WAS JUST ADVISING YOU. YOU PROBABLY WANT TO CHECK THEM. he said right back. I di they fine. I said goodbye !! Not good...
