I received their brow shading services. This is not my first experience with permanent makeup as I have received micro blading and tattooed eyeliner in the past. She measured and started on my brows but did not mention to me at all whatsoever BEFORE she tattooed me that I would have old microblade showing after the fact. Not even a mention. Not just a small amount, but about the length of my pinky finger in between my arch that I now have to hide with makeup. I wish she would have at least BEFORE putting the tattoo pen to my face she could have at least let me be aware and let me make that judgement call if I wanted to look like this. This is my face, not hers, and I have to live with it! Then after I made mention when I seen it in the mirror, to my disgust, she told me it would be fixed at my second visit. I’m a patient person and I understand sometimes these things are a process so I trusted her judgement. I arrived for my second visit, I asked about getting it fixed, only this time she said she didn’t think it would be fixable. Imagine my irritation. But I said nothing, I just wanted her to finish her work and let me go home because I was so beyond done with this place. And like I said before, I’ve had these cosmetic procedures done in the past, and I know the numbing cream put on your face takes time for it to go into effect so you don’t feel the pain. I don’t know what this woman has against me, as I have never met her in my life, or if she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. But she put the numbing cream on my face and didn’t wait even one second and immediately started working. I felt every single painful bit of it. I was in agony. And she was aware because of my flinching never and once asked if I was ok or even bothered to stop. I was afraid to complain to her because with how she has already treated me I thought I would either be leaving half done or she would possible leave me looking worse off than when I came in. It’s terrible I even had those thoughts, but that tells you how poorly I was treated and how awful my experience was. I will NEVER step foot in this salon again and I’ll make sure to go out of my way to let everyone know what your employee did to me and my experience....

Update: They have color lashes, yay! My past review is below but I wanted to comment on my experience with these color lashes. I selected pink for my savage mood and I’m happy about it! I added some photos. The service is still incredible and I can’t stop “pinking” about this. 😊

Past review: This is a lash extension review. I’m overly critical about lashes and how they fit my eyelids. I have short, thin, natural lashes and almond shape eyes and so I’m very nervous about the process of extensions. I have done many glue on lashes; from glam, natural, mink, magnetic etc, which have been a pain to stick on and peel off. I’ve lost so many natural lashes that way and it made me nervous about losing more but with a couple of events coming up, I wanted my eyes to feel full and amazing. I’m very happy that this salon has met that criteria and even beyond.

I had my lashes done by Liz. She has incredibly steady hands, a calming voice and quality product. I was afraid my lashes were too short but she took the time to align each lash with an extension and also made it very pain free. I had so many compliments that my lashes looked natural, full and wispy. I also received comments that my eyes looked bigger which is a plus in my books. The best part, for me, is that the lash extensions lasted 4.5 weeks until my next fill in. Only a small few fell off during my shower but the rest were brushed, up-kept and remaining full.

If you’re looking for quality and lashes that speak volume, consider checking this place out for that service. There’s a private area set up in the back that is cozy and glam. It’s divided off with a curtain and away from other customers. I had a comfortable experience and will...

I recently visited this spa with a friend for a head spa treatment. The atmosphere was pleasant—clean, beautifully maintained, and welcoming. The staff was courteous and professional, and we truly enjoyed the head massage.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. There was a camera inside the spa room, which made us feel uncomfortable. While the staff assured us that it was not in operation, privacy is a priority for customers, especially since the room has curtains instead of a door. Additionally, the noise from conversations outside disrupted the relaxing experience.

Another point to note is that hair drying is not included in the head spa service. Customers are required to pay an additional $20 for it, or otherwise leave with towel-dried hair. Upon request, I was offered a hair-drying service for $10, which I appreciated, but I believe this should be included in the package.
