Garfield's Beverage Express — Local services in West Chicago Township

Update: One of the team members, Adam, contacted me about this situation. Apparently the price wasn't higher at Garfields. It's just that this particular brand is offering a significantly lower price to Costco, which is not surprising in today's business environment. Adam promptly resolved the issue by offering a store credit for the difference. Adam's customer service skills are top notch and I will certainly be coming here again. As much as we all prefer to shop online at giant stores these days, we should support our local businesses and help thrive the community.

Went for the first time a couple of days ago. Bought Glendronach single malt whiskey which was for $69.99 ($78 with taxes). Went to Costco yesterday and the same bottle for $51! I understand that it is hard to beat Costco’s prices but almost a $20 difference (37% higher price). Will not...

To whom it may concern

I visit this liquor store all the time. It's on my way home now. I have to go to a friends house and pick up a bottle of wine or when I'm having a party I buy some beer. However, the last time I drove in around 6:30 to 7 there wasn't a spot to be had. It's really quite annoying because I did see someone leaving and going to the hamburger place I didn't know you could park there for the hamburger place

If I remember well , I thought you guys had some people out there watching it, you had a nice gentleman outside but the last few times I didn't see anyone I guess they stop watching your lot? Well to let you know you lost my business. I went to division and Damon and get my stuff there and they were pretty nice and then...

I will never go here again because of their sleazy towing co. within their parking lot. Was gone for 30 seconds next door, did not even let me explain I was going to go inside Garfield’s right after. The dude was a big guy parked in the corner next to the dumpster. Please avoid even so wandering to the curb in case this guy reacts. Oh, and you’ll not regret avoiding the traffic in this lot anyway. Way to lose a customer!
