Unfortunately Kennithcott look like the company is going down to the toilet soon . Especially keep charging clients of many many years of the surcharge for gasoline ??? Your prices are going up too much and the quality is not as fresh as it used to be. If you ordered online they would send you the old flowers boxes that they can’t sell for weeks. I got a box of white roses at the cost of $1.25 each ( 4 bunches of 25 stems…) when I opened it to put in water and 42 stems all came out a part also the leaves fell off as well. When I called my salesperson and left a voicemail to see if you have any more white roses in house BUT THE SALESPERSON NEVER EVER CALL ME BACK and offer something or have more white roses…So much for CUSTOMERS SERVICES ..good things I was at Mariano supermarket and they happened to have dozens of ROSES on sale for $7.00 a dozen. Horrible company. And the General Manager Sharon bullied all her sales staff right in front of my eyes at an open house where all their florists attended, no less . Not open to public! This place has all those exotic flowers you see in hotel lobbies. The selections is outstanding. Now the kicker the wholesale prices will make you cry what florist charge. Im talking about 200% mark up. Florist will get you good!. Kennicott have wide varitey of roses/orchids/ Lilly s . tropical flowers that look marvelous.
