I went to Sabroso! Mexican Grill last night and had an amazing meal. The loaded nachos were unreal - the chips were perfectly crispy and the cheese was gooey and melted. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the sour cream was the perfect finishing touch. I also loved that they served both green and red salsa with the chips.
For my main course, I had the enchiladas with red sauce. The enchiladas were made with corn tortillas and were filled with chicken and cheese. The red sauce was flavorful and not too spicy. The enchiladas were also served with beans and rice, which were both cooked perfectly.
For dessert, I had the flan, which was also amazing. The flan was smooth and creamy, and it had a delicious caramel sauce on top.
The service at Sabroso! Mexican Grill was great. Our waiter was attentive but not overbearing. He made sure that we had everything we needed and that our food was cooked to our liking.
Overall, I had a great experience at Sabroso! Mexican Grill. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Mexican meal.

Read moreAte from here for the first time yesterday. It was fantastic. I ordered tacos and a full order of Guacamole. Let me first say that the guac was probably the best in Chicago. Yeah, maybe some will say that guac is so simple, which it is... but this Guac's texture and flavor was perfect! Just a hint of spice, so subtle and so yummy. Mexican food in Chicago is not lacking, so many great options - but I'm a new fan or Sabroso! The steak tacos I ordered; traditional and sabroso style, were fabulous! I mean, you can't get meat more tender. The flavor hit. It was just great. Only thing is they don't give you more than one shell per taco, which it needs. So they fell apart. That did not hinder me, grab a fork and enjoy! We dug in so quickly that I really couldn't take pics of the actual food. Inside they greeted me and the guy at the corner was so nice and talked about the sauces they make there. I opted for their hottest habanero sauce, which isn't super spicy - to me anyway. I like all their sauces, but the best are the taco meat and guac. I do love that they make their own chips and sauces there. I will absolutely come back here. The menu seems great and I wanna try their breakfast, too. It all looks good, smells good, is very clean, and staff are friendly. When I go back I'll take better...
Read moreOh Sabroso! You have been on my list of restaurants to visit. Finally, an opportunity. You are just a few blocks away from our new home, perfect place to grab dinner after out move. We walked in on Sunday, and we're able to grab one of the available last tables. Started off with the guacamole. Dinner entrees consisted of Steak Fajitas and Pork Verde/green chili. Everything was so fresh, flavorful and out of this world delicious. You can tell the food is made with love. The kitchen is open, you can see chefs have a system filling Togo and delivery orders in addition to dine in patrons. The team kept up with both sides getting food out where it needed to go. However, I will add the best part of our dining experience was our server Jesus. He greeted us right as we sat down. He did not skip a beat he took care of the whole dining room. Making sure everyone had what they needed to make their meal perfect. Sabroso youre lucky to have Jesus on your team. Hands down best Mexican food we've had in a while. we are looking forward to our next meal and catching up with...
