Los Corrales — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

This place had been highly recommended to me. The truth is, the food is delicious, the service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Unfortunately, while we were enjoying the food and the service, a shaggy guy came in with his guitar, who apparently knew someone there because he was loudly talking about his drunkenness. Oh really ? Who is interested in knowing about other people's drunkenness while you have lunch? And to top it all off, minutes later he started singing, if he were a good artist, I would be praising him but those were the most horrendous screams I have ever heard in my entire life. If you are going to allow homeless people to come in to "sing" during service hours, let your costumers know so we don't go...

Such a disappointment!!!! I actually like the food from here... but when it comes down to delivery and customer service runaway!!! I had called since 10am to place a delivery for my scheduled lunch at 12:45p I asked if there was an issue. Lady that took order said ok. Now here I am at 12:30p and just received a call from restaurant that they are unable to deliver and if they do I have to come down!!! HELLO!!! I'm paying for the delivery so if I am in the 3rd floor u come up and deliver... highly disappointed and appalled at the poor customer service! I most definitely won't be spending my hard...

I used to be a client of Corrales until today. They took my order wrong. When I open my order I called and adressed it right away and the lady on the phone said the person who took the order didn't write it correctly, I asked for it to be corrected since I already paid for it. She said once the delivery man returned they would fix it. After an hour I had to call to ask if they would correct my order. The person on the phone was and said the delivery person is occupied. I wouldve expect him to say I will receive my order corrected since I already paid for it. I'm upset and won't be buying here...
