Atardecer Acapulqueño — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Me and my family came here and we requested a table for 12 people, while we waited they told us that they would sit us together as we requested. But when we waited 40 minutes they then tell us that they would have to separate us and put the kids in a table that’s across the whole room! A horrible waste of time ESPECIALLY since they told us in the beginning we would be able to be with each other, horrible service and don’t plan on coming back. One waiter was extremely rude towards us and they gave away a table that another waiter was saving for us, in the end she exactly told us “Well are you gonna eat here or not so I can give away this table”. I am disgusted with the way they talked to us and of course we left, if we we’re gonna be treated that way I would never want...

Yo iva mucho a este restaurant pero recientemente me Han dado la comida mal. La Carne no esta bien cocida y pides algo y no t Dan lo k pidiste. Las meseras no prestan atencion. Y si tienes una queja el dueño o dueños no hablan contigo y disen k estan muy ocupados. En pocas palabras se esconden. No lo recomiendo saldras keriendo no regresar.

I used to go alot to this restaurant but recently they have messed up alot with my food. The meat is not well cooked. You order something and they give you something else. The waitresses do not pay attention. And if you want to speak to the manager or the owners they will not talk to you. They say they are very busy. In short words they hide. I do not recommend these place you will not wanna go back if you do...

Very rude staff. We went in for breakfast and sat down on a table that was being cleaned and the owner started yelling that there was someone waiting before us. However, there was no sign stating to wait to be seated and there was a bunch of empty tables. It was very unprofessional and rude for the staff and owner to stand there yelling. Plus The waitress that cleaned the table did not say anything so we didn’t see a problem. If the owner was stressed bc the place was packed maybe she should consider hiring more people or at least get a sign. Will never go back here again and I’ll definitely be telling everyone I know...
