IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD'VE....This was the WORST experience I've ever had with a furniture store. While delivering a couch and dresser, there delivery men put a huge hole in the ceiling of my stairwell. They didn't even have the decency to let me know they caused the damage, just threw the furniture in and left. When I saw the damage I called the store to explain the situation. I was given a cellphone number and told to send pictures of the damage. I did that and received no reply. The next day I was told after the "supervisor" speaks with the delivery guys I'd receive a call back. That never happened. The following day I contacted them again and was finally told that they're not responsible for any damages. The woman I spoke to on the phone laughed about it and said they get a lot of complaints about furniture not being able to fit into people's apartments so at least it fits?!? Most unprofessional people and place I've ever dealt with and will never buy from there ever again. Spent a lot of money at Romo and regret...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām not sure if google removed my wifeās review or someone reported to google but Iām gonna say this place is not a good place to buy your furniture the people there are not good enough to be responsible of any mistakes that they make my family bought lot of furniture on that place and each time the place supposed to deliver there was always something wrong and when we confronted the staff they would said (oh the manager is not here at this moment) Iām not gonna go into details of what happened but trust me if you go there get ready to go into an issue cause this people can never get an order right and if you tell them about it they would say wait till the manager is here, trust me the guy is always there he hides in the back, if you run in to an issue, donāt even waist your time with the girls inside the store just go to the back of the store and you will find the manager there but I do not recommend this store, if you do buy here youāre in to a Wilde...

They will schedule you an appointment thatās convenient for them and when you reschedule the appointment they never change the appointment on their end. They lied about calling saying I didnāt answer my phone. Lies! The day they came they couldnāt repair the drawer, and said someone will be out on Thursday, I said no I have to work so send them Saturday. I asked him will he be the one to come out he said I donāt know. Saturday not one person called. I called the store today to see what happened the lady told me it was my fault because I missed my appointment on Thursday. The appointment was scheduled for Saturday so I didnāt miss it. The conversation was had in front of the doorbell camera and when I told her that, she still said well they called. 𤣠terrible...
