Walking into the store feels like stepping into a sanctuary of care, knowledge, and genuine love for animals. Liz herself is a rare find — deeply attentive, kind, and incredibly informed. I came in to ask about my senior cat’s complex health needs, and not only did Liz listen with her whole heart, she wrote everything down and thoughtfully walked me through potential protocols and options. 🥹 That level of care is so rare and truly priceless.

The store is beautifully stocked with the best brands — from high-quality dry, canned, raw food to herbs, supplements, and holistic protocols you won’t find just anywhere. Liz’s help with selecting the right food for my 12 year old lemon beagle quite literally probably saved her life. Our last apartment unknowingly had mold and she gained a ton of weight, developed numerous golf ball sized lipomas, was on allergy meds, developed moderate-severe heart murmurs out of nowhere, and also had to take arthritis and nerve medication. This all happened within a years time and I did not know what else to do...she couldn’t jump anymore and stairs were difficult to say the least. Vets did not seem to believe me. By following Liz’s recommendations for diet and natural/gentle mold detox, my little old lady has lost over 17 inches since mid-October!! She is running/jumping/using stairs like a puppy, shes off all arthritis/nerve/allergy meds, her lipomas are nearly gone, and her coat is SO soft and full again. Again...Liz essentially saved my dogs life because her quality of life was deteriorating very quickly before. Really amazing experience here! I heard about this place from a friend who also feeds raw and I was thoroughly impressed. I was mainly super impressed with the staff. They were all amazing! Immediately when I walked in, I was asked if I needed help. I told them how I was looking for some additional raw food brands to add to my rotation and they were happy to spend time talking to me about the food. I really appreciated that all of the employees were all hands on deck all of the time. I got info from all of them and it was all super helpful. One of the employees even went to do some research on a very specific question I had and got back to me a few minutes later. The employees were all extremely well educated and I am so glad I made a trip here. Not to mention that their selection of food was huge. This is definitely the most raw food I’ve seen in a physical store. Also, since I was wondering before I visited, there is a decent amount of free street parking around the store so that wasn’t an issues. Overall so so impressed with this place and totally wish I lived closer....
