I went to the store for a purchase, as I have frequently . The general manager Claudia Galan serviced me directly and would not allow me to use the restroom. I’ve been to this location several times and have never had to use the restroom services but this experience was embarrassing and insulting. She began speaking Spanish in front of me with other workers and delayed my entry to the restroom causing me to almost cry and wet myself. This was the most humiliating experience I have ever had. I’m not sure what her power trip was regarding this but this is surely no way to treat your repeat customers. It’s also not appropriate to speak other languages in front of customers while they are in vulnerable distressing situations and requiring help.
