Viero Bridal Chicago — Local services in West Chicago Township

My experience here was not the best. When we walked into the store the consultant was working with a different bride which was fine because we where 15min early for my appointment, but when we walked in she just pointed to the couscous across the room and said sit.

We sat while she finished up with the bride before us, a few girls that obviously worked there walked in from out side and walked right past us without a word. Finally it was our turn and the consultant (who looked like she just rolled out of bed) pulled a dress of the rack and said do you like this? She proceeded to do the same with 4 more dresses.

We went into the one fitting room which was three walls and a wall of curtains which she didn't and couldn't keep closed very well. The first dress that she squeezed me into, mind you I'm a size 6, was about a size two. I couldn't breath and couldn't move and was so uncomfortable. I could see that between her mood and the way I was being squeezed into dress after dress that this wasn't going to end well. I felt very rushed as she was peeling the dresses off of me with no regard to my comfort. Then she left me standing there while she took her time to hang up one dress and then unzip another that I was going to get shoved into.

45min into the appointment she finally informs us that there are bigger sizes in some of the dresses that I was trying on. So I tried a few on just so I could see what they looked like without feeling like a sardine, but she yanked them tight against my skin and clipped it. I asked politely if she could loosen it, and she did but with a bit of a grumpy attitude.

Bottom line, I didn't feel welcomed in this store and defiantly would not give them my money. I was not confident that they could order a dress in the right size or complete alterations to my satisfaction. The dresses are beautiful and well priced, but not sized for what I consider to be the...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the bridal shop where I found my dream dress, thanks to Marta and the incredible team at Viero Bridal. From the moment I stepped into the store, Marta's kindness and excellent communication made the entire process a breeze. Although my main point of contact was Marta, I had plenty of interactions with Mariana who was also excellent.

The selection of dresses at the store was breathtaking, each one carefully chosen and stunning in its own right. When I tried on dresses, I fell in love with the shape of one but not the fabric. Without hesitation, they flew in a sample of the dress in the fabric I wanted, and it was perfect—the Milla Nova Gabrielle Dress in Satin.

The dress arrived in plenty of time for my wedding, and I opted to have alterations done at Viero Bridal. I am so glad I did. Victoria, the seamstress, did an exceptional job and was incredibly patient with me. Even when I changed my mind about the hoop skirt, Victoria graciously re-did the hem.

The exceptional service didn't stop there. I purchased a second hand reception dress that happened to be another Milla Nova dress, and unfortunately, it was too small. Even though I did not purchase the dress from them, the Viero team were incredibly kind and accommodating. They allowed me to bring it in for Victoria to work her magic, and she managed to let it out just in time for the wedding, despite the tight timeline. I literally brought it in 2 weeks before my wedding date!

Picking up my second dress was bittersweet because I knew it would be the last time I'd see the Viero team. I am incredibly thankful for their kindness, expertise, and dedication to making my wedding dress experience truly unforgettable. Highly...

I could write a novel filled with compliments for this business. I searched high and low for my dream dress, and I finally found it in Chicago. I travelled to this bridal store based on a Pinterest photograph I saved of the dress. After trying on over twenty dresses, I turned into Dora The Explorer. I tried on several dresses at my first appointment before they let me try THE dress. I felt so comfortable in the store as they were all pleasant (and the bubbles that they served helped too), and I said yes to the dress.

I returned to my state and continued to communicate with the store assistants via email. They responded promptly, and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. I travelled to Chicago last for my dress fitting appointments, and it was an unforgettable experience. I am so in love with my dress, but the customer service I received would make me refer every bride to Viero Bridal in Chicago! The staff at Viero Bridal make you feel like you are the only girl in their bridal world.

I can't wait to add another review after my wedding with the name of the dress. Thank you to Viero Bridal and Millanova!
