Hong Kong Express — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

UPDATE. They seem to have recently made some upgrades on their food. I always order the combo 3 plate and the food seemed more fresh and the sauce was more flavorful and there was more meat throughout the dishes. In the pick 3, I usually get the shrimp Egg Foo Young, Pepper Steak and one of the chicken dishes (all pretty good) and husband gets a similar 3, except beef and potatoes (also good!). It's not Chinatown, but it's great for something nearby and at a good price. Also, every order I've ever gotten was exactly what I asked for. I definitely recommend.

Ps-Some of the negative reviews here are extremely dramatic and just plain wrong! Ignore those.

Good for quick, cheap...

I finished all my food and was absolutely stuffed. I had the 2 entre special with chicken fried rice, I had the Kung Pao Chicken with Orange Chicken. A lot of chicken! The flavor was good with the Kung Pao tasting better than the Orange Chicken. They told me it was a five minute wait for the Kung Pao Chicken and I said I could wait, the young lady filled my Styrofoam container with the fried rice and the Orange Chicken and set it aside for the Kung Pao Chicken to be finished. We bought chicken fried rice w/ orange chicken and pepper steak, and the rice look and tasted old and the steak was salty , the lady that took our was like kind of in a hurry for us to pick the food we wanted to eat and in a bad manner asking . Also, we sat kind of near to the counter, and the cook and the lady that served our food started talking about other clients' food, saying that the client wanted more rice because they served less rice .
