TBK Greektown (Taco Burrito King) — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Can you give negative stars? I was here to pick up a Door Dash order. After waiting roughly 20 minutes in the delivery section without being acknowledged, I stepped over to the main register to show the details of my order after being neglected. I was immediately barked at to wait in the delivery section. "Don't you see the signs over there!?" Haha, ummm okay so I walked over to his special area again and he asks for my details after stalling another couple of minutes. I show him the details, he flaps his arms in the air and grabs my order which was sitting for about 15 minutes. Keep in mind that it was only me and two other people in the store. One at the register waiting and the other with me in the delivery zone. After showing him the details he barks at me and says to go out the left half of the building as that is the exit before I even started making my way out. He demanded the other person picking up an order prior to me to do the same as well. His reaction was perplexed and they left out saying "I'm never coming back here again". Lol when I reflect on the situation I came to the conclusion that it must be drugs. Coke to be specific. While I was waiting in the delivery zone in those first 20 minutes, I noticed he would amplify everything he was doing by flicking his elbows in the air as if he was trying to roll up his sleeves or take off into the atmosphere. No sleeves or feathers existed on his body and work attire. I've had Taco Burrito King at another location once before. It wasn't anything special to say the least but at least every one was acting humane. I'd just say to watch out when going to this location. Proceed with caution and possibly come equipped with a face mask to avoid getting spit on by his ego. Solid negative two. He's got a small tattoo on his arm. Just watch for a guy...

I recently visited this location after attending a function and wanted to grab something for later. I ordered three chicken tacos and three steak tacos. I was called over to the counter pick up my order, and the cashier said the wrong number. I showed him my receipt with the order number and told him what ordered. The order he tried to give me had a drink included, which I did not order. He looked at the bag (nothing was on it to verify if the order was mine or not) and he insisted it was mine. The container was heavy so I assumed he was correct. I will take an L for not checking myself, but I went home to see the order was incorrect. Three steak tacos with rice and refried beans were in the container, no chicken tacos. I called back and explained the situation. I was told that the person who gave me the incorrect order was “new and didn’t know what to do…”. He also said I could come back to have the correct order but I did not live close. Since I paid with a card, the person I spoke with (Caesar) took my name and number to let me know the manager would call me for the refund of the three tacos. Nothing has happened. Again, I should have checked the order myself but we also need our food establishments to ensure when issues arise, they follow through and take responsibility of their own mishaps as well. I’m a delivery driver and every time I walk in it smells like a soiled (number 2) toilet, absolutely vile. I’m surprised anyone would order food from here. Tonight I picked up an order that got cancelled after I recieved the food, and I thought I’ve never actually rated from here let me try it (totally forgetting about the smell as the food was handed to me out of the door because it was the last order of the night.). It was a chicken quesadilla and chips and guacamole. I took one bit of the quesadilla and it was so bland and gross, I couldn’t believe it because they were always busy, I try the guacamole assuming it’ll be much better and it was bland as well I almost never want extra salt, but all of the food NEEDED it. After a few bites trying to ignore the horrible taste I just couldn’t and gave up. Thought nothing of it… I get home and lay down and my stomach is a bubbling and I feel like i have to puke. Im confused and think why am I so nauseous and my first thought was pregnancy because I totally forgot about the food until I go to the bathroom and projectile vomit in the toilet and on my foot through my nose.
