We had our couch reupholstered recently and the couch is lovely. However, the customer service we received was horrible. When I dropped the couch off, no one took my name, so I went to go give my information and was cut off by Kathy saying, "I got it." I questioned her, and she cut me off again with the same words making me feel unimportant and not confident that my couch was in safe hands. I did not receive any sort of paperwork even confirming they had the couch. After 6 weeks went by, I called to find out when my couch would be ready. "At the end of this week." was all we were told. It wasn't until 12 weeks went by and never once being contacted by Nordan & Foster, (the only communication was when I called them) and no explanation as to why it took so long did they call to say our couch was ready. We assumed they would apologize for the wait, they did not. We hoped they would reduce the final price due to keeping our couch for double the time they said they would, they did not. When my husband asked if they would give a discount he was shut down immediately. If I ever have upholstery needs again, I will be taking my business elsewhere to someone that makes me feel like a valued customer, rather than feeling like I wasted their time by giving them...

I brought my Land Rover in on Monday morning requiring a major full upholstery clean up. I'm a home brewer and was transporting 5 gallons of fermented beer to a friends house for kegging when the fermentor turned over in the back of my car and completely saturating the entire floor. Houston was able to get the carpet fully removed, removed all seats, cleaned the entire floor pan, shampooed & reinstalled within 3 days. The car had zero odor after clean up (which was EXTREMELY strong) when I picked up my car on Thursday. He called twice to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and was extremely honest and fair. There's a reason why this family owned business is in it's 70th year of being open. The end result was a seat that matches the original factory seat, but better. If you look carefully at the details, the blind seams are symmetrical on both the bottom and the top. The white lines in the seat fabric line up with those on the back.
