This place has been opened since 1995, and with good reason. Sure it doesn't have the bells and whistles of a 5 star restaurant, but the friendly service and the tasty, hot, freshly prepared food is worth 5 stars. The restaurant is set back inside a shopping center off of Sunset Blvd (378) right before you get to the light to cross over the Gervais Street Bridge. I have had their Crab Rangoon - definitely recommend if you like large, fully stuffed won tons! Their Chicken Wings are not soggy, instead they are crunchy and full of flavor (I suggest trying the Lemon Pepper). Their Sweet and Sour Chicken is fried golden brown and is juicy (not dry and over done). I had them replace my rice with Steamed Broccoli, and it was steamed soft, yet still slightly crunchy. The Sweet and Sour sauce is delicious as well! Tangy, and not watered down.
Please give Jin Jin a try if you are in Columbia or West Columbia. Especially if you're a college student, you will love the BIG portion and the affordable price!

Read moreFood is decent enough they have poor communication skills. Guy answers the phone and i guess he just pay attention to certain words and is like "okay okay okay" and doesnt even bother to repeat the order back for confirmation. I asked for a vegetable fried rice no onions and i got onions. I stopped going for a while after a a previous order when i asked if i could get half fried half steam rice and the guy on the phone is "yes yes" and when i got my order it was a fried rice with pork. I asked to get it corrected and the chubby guy started mouthing off disrespectfully about 1. They dont make half and half orders and 2. "No one asks for half and half". So i guess im different than others then. I felt so disrespected i asked for a refund where he denied giving even though i never touched the food. So i asked him if i could just get a entire steam rice because what i had was no where close to what i asked for which i...
Read moreI paid 15 bucks for the chef reccomendation and a five pack of Rangoon thinking "normal sized takeout meal and poppable yummies for my face".
What I got was a quarter ton of delicious chicken, some broccoli, and what might as well have been five whole crabs with how big the Rangoons were. Top it off with an overstuffed container of white rice, a container of some sauce I have no desire for, 2 fortune cookies and extra sauce packets.
I wanted Chinese food, but I'm pretty sure they just threw half of the countries food in a bag and handed it over I'm so full right now.
Oh, and it was all fresh and delicious. No mice or cockroaches here, just a popped pants button and a hearty sleep...
