I had a horrible experience at this jewelry store. I needed a repair job done, it was very simple. They had my things for about four months, during which time I had made a couple phone calls to check on the progress. The gentleman himself had actually said to me that they had the jeweler working on a more expensive piece instead. We decided to come in and just get our things to go elsewhere, at which time I was told that "thought you had moved back to where you came from"... I had never felt so disrespected by "professionals" in my life. Having paid for the work completed (1/3 of the job) I came home and had a closer look at my ring. I had just trusted them to do a fine job, it is a fine jewelry store after all and the work really was very very simple. I was Shocked at how horrible of a job they had done! I just wanted things set straight, like. being refunded the cost of the ring and the work done, because the whole was just useless now. The total would have been just under $40 I know it's not a lot of money to some people but I really just wanted some kind of decency to take place here. At this time, the gentleman proceeds to be so condescending it was unbelievable, as everyone else who worked there just turned their heads. They made it very clear to me that my needs were insignificant considering it's just sterling silver... If you had only been there.. Zero stars

This business presents bad character. it poses a a vintage jewelry shop yet when you bring items similar to what he has In his shop he down grades the material inadvertently down playing a person’s character. He also doesn’t offer deals in to better a person’s character or make a person feel comfortable in a sense for example you could bring him 150 24 carrot rings and he will give you 1500 because he strictly goes off of weight so if you bring him quality he will down play the quality to put money in his pockets people who do this to a poverty community doesn’t deserve a shop and have shops because their interested in money trends. This is not a man you go to shop for something sentimental or tasteful. Everything he’s has is either traditional or vintage so really it’s an antique store. When I was there talking with him he didn’t even cared about making a honest trade for other jewelry...

Do not bring your watch here for repairs or even battery replacement. They appear to be Incompetent, plain and simple! Although folks here are pleasant, and prices may be OK, they could not manage the very simple process of changing the battery on my watch. OK, the screws were tiny but this does not excuse that the technician could not properly reattach the back after inserting the new battery. Two of the four screws were not inserted correctly, leaving them sticking out and scratching the skin on my arm. I have not checked carefully, but there is a good chance the threads were stripped. Also, the battery appears to be loose as the watch has stopped a couple times since. Either that or the replacement battery was nearing its end of life, or perhaps it wasn't even the correct battery! No matter what, I will have to send the watch to a qualified repair facility to...
