Trust me, it's worth the wait.
Parking: They're located in a big plaza, so find a spot is easy.
Ambiance/Environment: This location has a small indoor space with a max of 42 people. No indoor seating but there's some outdoor seating. I visited on a Sunday, and they were busyyy!
Service: The workers were quick & efficient as the possibly can. You can tell it became overwhelming as they were trying to fulfill online orders and in-store orders. Throughput did take a while; approximately 30-45 min. The pickup station is on the left of the counter. If you order hot coffee, they give you an empty cup to fill up at the coffee station. They offer different flavored coffee.
Bagels & drinks:
Nova Lox - cold smoked salmon, red onions, capers, tomatoes, and cream cheese on a plain bagel. They don't mess with their cream cheese lol. There was also a generous amount of smoked salmon. I recommend this for a light breakfast.
Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich - eggs with beef brisket, cheddar cheese, chipotle aioli on a cheddar jalapeno bagel. I really like the jalapeno bagel! It gave it a kick. All the ingredients paired well together.
Country Bagel & Gravy Egg Sandwich (new) - eggs with pork sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, and country pepper cream cheese on a country sausage bagel. Again, lots of cream cheese! I enjoyed this also! This felt heavier with all the bacon and pork sausages.
Caramel Cold Brew, Vanilla Cold Brew, Blended Caramel Cold Brew - I grabbed each of their popular coffees. I always ask for easy ice since cold brew is already watered down. These drinks are perfect for those who like their coffee sweet.
Pricing: I'd say it's worth the wait. I enjoyed all the bagels I ordered. The drinks were sweet, but it got me through...
Read moreI don’t even know how to explain my experience at this location. First time here and probably my last. Whatever you do, DONT go within the last hour of their closing time. It seems like the employees have mentally checked out at 1pm and they are annoyed at anyone that walks in after 1pm. Customer service was non existent and borderline rude because it felt like they wanted me to hurry and order and be OUT. As i ordered from the leftover menu of bagels which was extremely limited.. the cashier kept rushing me, “is that it” “is that it” And when i said what my last bagel was, he directed me to the pad to pay while he turned around and went to make the food, but I was trying to also order drinks.. so I stood in front of the register like, ok?? So he noticed I had not paid and directs me to the pad again.. I said, Am I able to order drinks too? He sighed, came over to the register and said, sure what would you like..Overall, extremely disappointed & so uncomfortable. That was just the service.. the quality of the food was another completely different disappointment which I won’t even bother...
Read moreHow many times have I found myself crying because I lived far from Einstein’s? Good question.
I won’t answer that question, but I will say that my prayers have been answered with the opening of this location. The only sunrise I need in my life is the Chorizo Sunrise. Creamy, savory deliciousness SHOULD be a sin, but thankfully it’s just Einstein’s. I will no longer weep into my plain morning bagels. No, I will bask in their everything bagel and jalapeño shmear. I will dance with their maple french toast bagel and strawberry shmear.
I won’t lie to you. I did indeed have a chorizo sunrise this morning. And it was indeed delicious. I want to be fully transparent: I gorged myself by indulging in not one but TWO twice-baked hash-browns. Double the double-hyphenated means double-the-yum.
Look no further, fellow bagel enjoyer,...
