I ordered a dress in 2 different sizes online & the quality was not good & the fit was off. I went to my order, printed a barcode to return to the store. Drove 90 miles one way & the gal working the counter scanned the code & said sorry you can't return as they are final sale. She was very rude & I argued they were not & why was I given a return barcode if so?? No luck she just stood there. Rather than make a scene I came home, copied my original order (that did not state final sale) & reached out to customer service.
