DO NOT TRUST the store manager Cara!! I had some damage to my wedding ring that needed repaired and I took my ring to the Jordan Creek Helzberg location on Monday July 28. I was helped by Emma and Simone and they told me due to the nature of the damages, the cost for repair would be around $364, which I agreed to. Simone attempted to set up my repair in the computer but there were issues. She gave me a paper with the total amount on it and my claim number, which was not the usual form you receive, and told me that my promise date was on Aug 20. I called the store on Aug 21 when I hadnât heard anything, and spoke with Cara. She searched for my repair in the computer and could not find it under any of my or my husbandâs information. She told me to search for the paper I got and call back. I was not at home and I did not find it in my car, so I called back and spoke to someone else who was able to finally locate my repair, but due to the technical issue from the day I dropped it off nothing had been done on my ring yet. I was told that Cara would contact the jeweler about the repair and call me back. Cara called me back later that same day and told me she had spoken with the jeweler and confirmed it was being worked on. I asked what my new promise date was and Cara replied âshe might have it back by tomorrow but I donât knowâ which was Friday Aug 22. I confirmed the price and asked if $364 is what I can expect to pay. Cara confirmed the price of $364. I did not hear back on Friday so on Monday Aug 25 I called the store asking about my ring. I spoke to Simone who said she talked to the jeweler and the jeweler advised there was more to be done to my ring and the price was now around $768. I told Simone I had spoken to Cara 4 days ago who did not mention any of this but Cara said she had spoken to the jeweler? Someone was lying. I reluctantly agreed to the price due to needing my ring fixed. Another week after this conversation is when I finally was able to pick up my ring, 5 weeks after I originally dropped it off. I found out that Cara lied to me and never contacted the jeweler that day, because the jeweler confirmed with Simone that she had not been contacted about my ring until Monday Aug 25. I was told by multiple employees at this location that this is a pattern for Cara and she âstarts firesâ frequently with misinformation and lying to customers. That she does things wrong on a daily basis that she should know as the manager, who has been in that position for a few years. How embarrassing that this is the person running this Helzberg location. What a disaster my experience was. If I hadnât called about my ring, how long would it have taken someone to realize they have an extra ring laying around that needs some sort of repair? How long would it have taken for someone to contact me? The only person that was truly helpful was Simone. Although she may have initially had the issue with my ring and did not get the repair entered, she took accountability and was attentive the rest of the way, even when I was frustrated. What began as a casual browsing trip for Mother's Day turned into finding the perfect wedding ring upgrade I didn't even know I was looking for! I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and cannot recommend Helzberg highly enough for anyone seeking quality jewelry and an exceptional shopping experience.

   Read moreWe went into this location, to get my charm bracelet charms repaired, to pickup the Christmas pendant which I had a free gift code for, and tooâŠâŠâŠâŠ. look at engagement rings. A new store associate helped me with my bracelet and pendant doing such a wonderful job, the store was becoming rushed, being close to Christmas, but she hung in there and completed both transactions. We then found the perfect ring, at an amazing price. The only complaint would be that we had been told the ring qualified for the $15 off every $100, which in the end, it did not, disappointing but still doable. We appreciate how the associate didnât try to push off more expensive rings, nor did she is try to downplay rings which were less expensive ($2,000 or less, preferably $1,200 or so). There was a beautiful ring in the sale section, so we received an excellent deal. Itâs absolutely perfect, the process was excellent. The associate did well at explaining the warranty offer, I have had this on my watch and bracelet, itâs a great thing to add. I highly recommend this store, and praise the wonderful staff. Note: I do not understand any of these negative reviews, because all of the customers in the store, and there was a lot, were all happy, being helped, and making purchases.
