I found the cutest pair of jeans ever. They were labeled rented? "Ok" I thought "I can probs still purchase it?" No. No you can't. I don't understand why you would have the GOOD PRODUCTS for only rent? You just lost a sale how does that make sense???

The side that had clothes for sale literally had shirts with massive holes and tears

So instead of making a sale to someone clearly excited about these pants, you say "no rental only" and also lost a sale.

Great selection but the prices are really high. I mean come on $30-$40 for a mediocre western shirt. The customer service is hit or miss depending on who is working and their mood. Last time I was in there I was completely ignored by the blonde saleswoman, Cassandra I think her name was. Also the owner, a middle aged gentleman, yelled at a customer for what seemed like no reason but I don't truly know. The store smelled a little of human funk and my allergies acted up a bit I think from all the dust. But I do give them 2 stars because their selection is pretty good but...

They have a TON of items that would be PERFECT for my daughters Homecoming outfit, but she is "top heavy" and most items from the Disco era just aren't made to accommodate large chested people.
