Worst Service and lack of business ethics
We were loyal customers and have been ordering cakes for more than 10 years now. We have always taken all our friends who were not from this area to taste his delicious mini cakes. We decided to stop going there after an incident a couple of months ago.
Vincent's customer service has always be average. But, we continued to go there because of the quality and to support a local business. But, I recently tried to use a gift card (approx value 100$) from his store and he blatently declined to accept it. He indicated that he no longer accepts his own gift cards. When we got the gift card he had stated that there was no expiration for it. When I questioned him about the lack of expiration date in his gift card, he said that he just does not accept it anymore and told me to go complain to whoever I want to. I love that they have mini cakes so you can try several flavors without the commitment to a large cake. Each cake could definitely be individual, but easily shared between 2 people as well. We ended up getting several to share with a group.
Key Lime: This was awesome! Definitely the favorite of everyone White Wedding: It was good but nothing unique about it. If iou want a simple white cake, this is for you! Strawberry: For me it was a little too sweet and not as balanced as I would have liked, but my kids loved it. Carrot Cake: I didnāt try so canāt give an opinion
The overall consensus is although we enjoyed the cakes, we wished there was more cake and less frosting. The ratio was a little off for us and would have been much better...

It's a more potent & pungent odor. I told the man that I would like to order a birthday cake. He went and got a piece of paper asked what flavor & when I would pick up. He then just said okay. He didn't ask about decorating, colors, shape of cake, or any writing. I think he may have been more focused on what he was eating as he did that in front of me and his hair was greasy. Did I mention the odor? Definitely not a sweet smelling bakery! I then brought up that I'd like a heart shaped cake. He put his pen down and started ripping up the paper and said they don't do that. Acted like he'd never heard of a heart cake. It was weird. Very creepy & strange. I got the hell...
