I would have to say at first things were great. Knowledgeable staff and able to assist in the needs I wanted for myself and other. Even stoped back the next day and bought more. Spent very close to $300 because of the experience. Then a week and a half later after buying a expensive unit I call in to get assistance with it leaking all over. Greatly helpful staff, I forgot my ID and so I had to leave and go home to get it, but they were very polite about it (I've had vape stores be rude to my in the past when this happened.
