ClockTower Square — Local services in West Des Moines

ClockTower Square is a nice little place to go for an easy shopping day. There's TJ Maxx for clothing & home goods shopping for the whole family and Tuesday mornings for more home goods. Waterfront Seafood Restaurant, Ohana's Steakhouse and Terra's Brazilian Grill are pricey but great options for lunch/dinner. And for the end of the trip, if you still have energy, natural/organic grocery shopping at Fresh Thyme. There are other little shops across the street to check out, too, so there are plenty of choices...

Went to Fresh Thyme Grocer's shopping for a customer. My first time there & completely unfamiliar with much of the organics, so was quite interesting & learned a bit about different organics & such. They also have non organic as well, & from what I saw, were very reasonably priced, compared to some other organic food stores. All the staff was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. Would recommend this store to everyone buying organic, or non organic. I'm going back for...

We were here to eat at OPA. The food was incredible except for their marinara sauce. That surprisingly wasn't that great. The service was fantastic. We had reservations n we were seating like 2mins after our time. The cocktails were def on point. If you are looking for real authentic Italian and Greek food,this place is absolutely for you. For 4 of us and 4 cocktails with app n dessert we spent 120.00. So it's a little pricey but you pay for what you get. We will for sure be going...
